Add local entry notes

It would be useful to be able to add notes to an entry, while mapping, to keep information for later, like TODOs.

By local I mean, not saved to the mapping files and instead saved locally on the current machine, maybe to the config directory

I like this! do you have any ideas on how we'd communicate to the user that that entry has a note?
