[feature request] Partially Deobfuscated Panel

This feature would be useful when approached with having to rename packages, instead of all the obfuscated classes inside the renamed packages being marked as deobfuscated, it will mark as partially deobfuscated.

We already have icons for classes that indicate if the are fully, partially, or have nothing mapped

those icons actually came from me looking at that pr and thinking "this is gross, there must be a better way" although: since we have dockers and it can just be hidden, I'm not against the idea. I just can't really be bothered to implement this myself
