Update tutorial

Hello,

First of all, thank you very much for writing this tutorial! Unfortunately, in 4 years this has drifted quite a while from the project you get by running gdx-liftoff, to the point that it is not trivial to adapt the steps presented to the new situation. Would you consider updating the tutorial to be usable with the latest Ktx version? I'm available to help with this, but consider that, since I'm learning this library from scratch, I may be of limited help. Thank you for this project,
