Feat request: default group for uncaught tabs

The rules to catch a tab and move it to a group are very efficient. I only miss a rule to catch a tab and move it to a group when there this tab does not match any of the rules in any of the other groups. This is already achievable with the "Autogroup" addon but could be a plus if integrated in the Tabs-Group addon. Thanks

Yes, this is quite important for me too. @klint So far, I've been achieving this by manually creating a catch rule with negative regular expression matching. Refer https://github.com/Quicksaver/Tab-Groups/issues/373#issuecomment-254518170 for my comment on the same.
