mismatch Version declared in the json (2.12.0) is different than the resolved one (2.12.3)

Hello, When I try to install quickblox q-municate-web by running following command

"Install nodeJS and Ruby before start. Download the project from GitHub. Run npm install -g bower in your terminal as an administrator. Run gem install sass in your terminal as an administrator. Run npm install -g grunt-cli in your terminal as an administrator. Run bower install to install all additional packages in your terminal. Run npm install to install all additional packages in your terminal as an administrator. ... "

I get the blow problem

mismatch Version declared in the json (2.12.0) is different than the resolved one (2.12.3)

and hangup the installation

How can I resolve this?

Please help
