Version upgrades

Hey,

I really like your survey_kit package and wanted to use it in a recent project, but since some dependencies of the survey_kit package required older versions of some packages (i.e. go_router), that was impossible. So I created a fork and updated the packages, as well as the SDK and the IOS and Android runtimes. I was able to test it with Android and IOS, unit- and integration tests went through without failure.

I only upgraded the packages I needed for my project, but I can also try to upgrade the other packages if necessary.

Btw. are you even using go_router in your package, since I could not find a reference to go_router within the project?

If you need the dependencies to stay at the current versions you can just close this PR and I will continue to use the fork.
