Removing a leg from Edit Relay dialog leaves empty entry in competitors table.

If a runner/leg is removed in the Edit Relay dialog, a zombie entry is still present in the ~~runns~~ competitors table with class null which leads to various errors in exports and duplicate entries if the runner is later added again.
