Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I need to write text over dynamic images that can be either "dark" or "light" Adding a shadow decoration on Text would make text readable in both cases.

Describe the solution you'd like Specifing Shadow in the "css spirit" text-shadow: -1px 0 black, 0 1px black, 1px 0 black, 0 -1px black; would solve many use cases.

Describe alternatives you've considered My actual need being to have a bordered font, a .Border(1) extension method on TextBlockDescriptor would be great, the parameter being the border size.
