“ReplaceBlocks” section does not work on modded blocks

For vanilla blocks, it will change the blocks, but for modded blocks like the ones I have tried from Regions_Unexplored do not change. Unlike vanilla blocks, it does not ask me if I am sure I would like to convert the items, and when I enter my Minecraft world, the modded blocks are the same way they were left, but the vanilla blocks change.

Using the latest version on MCA select and Minecraft 1.20.1
