firewall i download the sofware and it say "Windows protected the computer Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from launching. Running this application may put your computer at risk." can you fix it?

Click "More Info," then "Run anyway." It's a false positive for malware.

False positive or not, don't run it, there are 3 issues in this repo, saying the same thing, with multiple different tools. It's not a false positive : there is something wrong (a malware, or something else).

Defender blocked it for me, considering the facts for now, it's not worth it :
