Repair bobby mod chunks

We lost the map of our server and now we are trying to restore it using the bobby mod, however, bobby does not save all the information and minecraft does not read these files, I was told that they can be restored using this program, but I still did not figure out how to do it. Please tell me how to solve this problem

what does the bobby mod do? All I could find was a mod that increases the render distance. I don't know how that would help with restoring the data.

I am funnily enough in an identical situation. Bobby mod makes caches of the region files to extend render distance past that of the server by rendering save on clientside. I had a server griefed and fixing it this way would be much much easier.
