as the title add a button to render the hole map at all resloition

You can use the slider in the top-right corner to change the height at which to render the map. if you want the whole map to be rendered out at all resolutions, you can use the CLI in cache mode.

I guess all the render settings that can be used for image mode should also apply to the cache mode then.
