No Dimensions found in.....(Folder)

Not sure how to solve this issue for windows 10 install for minecraft. I have a world save and I understand that for windows 10 you have to go to local state fold etc. Once to the final folder for save files i click on the world save. However, I get a notice from mcaselector that there is no dimension found. Is there a different way to do this or is there something wrong that i dont know about?

Just to make it clear: You are trying to open a world save of Minecraft Java Edition, and when selecting the world save folder containing sub-folders named region or poi it tells you there is no dimension found?
