This repo doesnt write valid NBT for MCA

Could you show some code so i can reproduce this problem? I assume you are trying to write mca files for 1.16.4?

Prevent null keys and values and EndTag values in CompoundTag and ListTag

Since this PR also addresses the array tags: `ListTag` should have a check in the `ListTag(List, byte)` constructor, because its underlying value should not be `null`.

`status` filters don't work on 1.20 chunks
