I noticed a similar issue (I just started using this library): - `localforage.config(config)` normalizes the `storeName` configuration value, see [code](https://github.com/localForage/localForage/blob/master/src/localforage.js#L131-L132) - `localforage.createInstance(config)` ([code](https://github.com/localForage/localForage/blob/master/src/localforage.js#L408C20-L408C31)) just seems to forward to the constructor...
