Drop fields and functionality required for Kong 1.x compatiblity

decK is currently compatible with Kong 1.x releases. The scope of this release is to drop the compatibility with Kong 1.x series and remove any related code for it. This issue is blocked until https://github.com/Kong/go-kong/issues/47 is incorporated upstream and released.
