Feature: Adding customizable Speakernames

Hey there! Since for our usecase of wlk we'd need to customize the names in diarization, i went forward and added it in my codebase. Now, since I saved that in git anyway, i just quickly did a PR (https://github.com/QuentinFuxa/WhisperLiveKit/pull/290) before checking the contributin guidelines.

Is this sort of feature wanted? It's already working and ready to go. Best, Aeneas
