The problem you're addressing (if any)

Currently, there is no easy way to monitor the network traffic on the desktop. To do that one must install and run XFCE network monitor for XFCE panel inside sys-net. This is inconvenient as the window border around it cannot be removed and requires additional tricks to keep it at proper position on the screen. Additionally, this method is unusable if sys-net is minimal.

Create a network monitor widget which can be used in XFCE panel.
