Qube Manager: Sorting by the "backup" column doesn't actually sort by backup-enabled status

Click on the "backup" column heading.

Expected behavior

Rows are sorted by whether their "backup" box is checked or not, e.g., all checked boxes grouped together.

Actual behavior

The sorting changes, but seemingly randomly. The checked boxes are not grouped together.
