Setting the game to my native resolution / full screen causes it to crash

Describe the bug

If i attempt to set quaver to my monitors native resolution, or attempt to run the game in full screen on windows 10 / 11 IoT enterprise LTSC, the game hangs, then crashes.

To Reproduce

1: go to quaver settings 2: change video mode to native monitor resolution, or attempt to fullscreen the game 3: issue is exhibited

Expected behavior

Game should enter full screen as expected
