允许模型不在模型广场显示（但仍可调用）

赞成，我也有这样的需求，有时候只是一个测试模型，并不对外提供，可以不在模型广场显示

经过验证，可以在模型管理页面，把模型禁用，模型广场将不会显示这个模型，渠道任然可以使用，不影响调用
