[feature request] Customizable download folder

It would be great if downloaded media could go into a directory of my choosing. Way too many apps put files into the download folder.

Would definitly appreciate an option in settings to set a custo download folder. System default isn't customizable on many phones.

We' are basically stuck either saving to a location we don't want ( especially annoyingj with low internal storage) or manually saving and selecting the alternate folder every time (extremely annoying if you download a lot)
