[Feature Request] Enable TLS 1.3 by default

Since TLS 1.3 is fully supported by Reddit already, using TLS 1.3 and enable ESNI would help encrypt website address while accessing Reddit, hiding it from the curious ISP.

A quick check shows that OkHttp already supports ESNI, so this should be a non-problem.
