Editing an edited, unrefreshed comment has you working with the original comment

1. Make a comment
2. Edit that comment
3. Do not refresh and directly edit the comment again

Expected result: you are editing the most recent version of the comment

Current result: it actually takes you back to step 1's comment (pre-edit)

If you haven't refreshed then of course the comment you seen when you go to edit it again is the unedited version. You'd need to refresh for the comment to contain the newer data.
