Add support to alternative frontend like libreddit or teddit

Please add the feature to totally connect to alternative frontend like libreddit or teddit instead of reddit.com for more private browsing. Detailed proposal and discussions can be found here Haptic-Apps/Slide/issues/3367 and Docile-Alligator/Infinity-For-Reddit/issues/355. Currently no client supports them but many users are expecting it, so if possible please unite to come up with an implement and then all similar projects can benefit from it.
