Details about the quacc environment
- quacc version: 0.11.3
- Python version: 3.11
What is the issue?
It currently takes ~7 seconds to import quacc the first time. This is far from ideal. Clearly there is a slowdown introduced somewhere, and we should find/resolve it. Potentially related, at least in part, to https://github.com/Quantum-Accelerators/quacc/issues/2193.
How can we easily reproduce the issue?
