feat: Contraction rankwidth

The rankwidth annealer can optimisation "contraction rankwidth" (i.e. the sum of the two smaller ranks around each node) as well as the normal rankwidth.

This doesn't seem to work very well in initial experiments, but it might be improved by tweaking the parameters.
