ENH: Add support for `margin` directives from `jupyterbook`

It would be nice to have support for the margin directive that is in sphinx-book-theme

@AakashGfude with 0.2.0 under the new inheritance model do you know why margin directive isn't supported? It seems to show up on the left hand side.

@AakashGfude I just tried this under 0.2.1 and it doesn't seem to work. Does this require styling? Do we override all styling when we inherit from sphinx_book_theme? Just trying to understand why this doesn't work :-).
