[downloadnb-comparison] all ``Footnotes`` title missing in MYST downloadnb

Hi @mmcky , the third problem I find is that

  • all MYST lectures with footnotes do not have the title Footnotes

For example, please find a screenshot for lecture 04_linear_algebra (left: RST, right: MYST): Screen Shot 2021-01-27 at 1 31 33 pm

The same issue occurs in all lectures with footnotes.

The issue occurs in the following lectures (TBD):

This issue still exists. Also there are double square brackets for the numbering:
