We have example C# algorithms that use the new Microsoft.Data.Analysis library to wrangle DataFrames

Actual Behavior

We don't have C# example algorithms that demonstrate how to use Microsoft.Data.Analysis to wrangle DataFrames.

Potential Solution

Add example algorithms.
