Refactor handle lean-cli commands for live deployments

Description

This PR address the following:

• Refactor FileCommandHandler to handle command files in order of timestamps
• Refactor FileCommandHandler to read multiple command files from a fixed pattern name
• Update OrderCommand to create symbol from ticker+market+security-type
• Update LiquidateCommand to create symbol from ticker+market+security-type
• Add tests for validate changes
