Update References to QuantQuote in US Equity Data

Expected Behavior

No reference to QuantQuote since it's no longer the US Equities data vendor.

Actual Behavior

The following files still say QuantQuote is the source of the data:

• Data\equity\readme.md
• Data\equity\usa\readme.md

Potential Solution

Update the pages to mention AlgoSeek.
