[HDMI] [Latitude 5280] - VGA output works, HDMI doesn't

HDMI is not working, tried sleep/reboot and still does not output video.

HDMI is buggy with the 4K60p patch, i'm also aware of this issue. Will look into this later

Can I undo the 4k60p patch?

sure you can, but i dont have the default values for the variables in the BIOS gonna extract the bios later as im spending my time doing a school project
