Missing navigator_styles table breaks navigator (Flash)

The navigator_styles table is missing from havana.sql, so running Havana-Server throws errors. Because of this, the navigator in the Flash Client doesn’t work properly.

Much better descriptive this time, appreciate it! But a lack of effort somewhat of looking around, and this isn't a help section on a forum. I do agree it could be better explained in the README.
