Feature: include "pt" and "es" translations

This PR adds the translations for Havana in the following languages:

  • Portuguese (pt)
  • Spanish (es)

This isn't my work. All credits goes to CXP from Ragezone forums. This PR is a suggestion to add both languages so it makes easier for people to set their language once they start the server.

I would rather the templates be re-done so it has a locale system, so we aren't copying multiple template files just to change the language, that means more work for me if I have to change a template file.

Sorry for the delay, been kinda busy over the last weeks.

But definitely, converting it into a locale system would be great. I can work on it as soon as I have some free time, but if anyone else is willing to take it, I can shadow by providing the necessary support :)
