Might be mistaken, but this appears to have allowed zero copy hwacceleration on my polaris on radv. seems like preformance is a bit better too

it could better support the upcoming powervr (pvr) devices which only have vk drivers upstream and rely on zink for ogl. Im not sure of any consumer devices with it...

Can you elaborate more on the issue you are having? do you use an IME that isn't working? have you tested other languages?

if you are using makepkg/pkgbuild add `options=('!strip')` to the pkgbuild IIRC. I may be mistaken though
