improved visualization

when looking at AtomList objects on Bloqade Julia, the visualization of the geometries is very clear. Can we improve the visualization on Bloqade Python? Maybe make the atoms bigger, and number them. That should be a good start. For more advanced topics, one could also add features to add links between connected atoms for a user-specified blockade radius.

Also Add Bloqade Radius to AnalogCircuit.show() and fix line weight to scale with zooming out/in.
