High RAM consumption when processing large excel file

Hello everyone, i'd like to ask something. I'm experiencing significant memory consumption when processing large Excel files with QXlsx. For files that are several hundred MB in size, memory usage can balloon to 4-5GB during processing. When it loads large excel file, ~50MB file for converting cell format, it can balloon to 8-10GB during processing and it doesn't decrease between processing sheets. Is there any recommended way for reducing memory usage when working with large files?
