USE QloApps as properties management for rental

I want to use QloApps to manage vacation rentals and apartments, not hotels. The current terminology ("Hotels", "Rooms") is confusing for this use case.

What would be the most maintainable way to achieve this? Through a core modification, or by creating a dedicated "Property Rental" module that overrides the core behavior? Are there any hooks available to facilitate this?

If you want to change the text ( "Hotels", "Rooms"), you can do so using the QloApps translation feature.
