Sir, downgrade is not possible since i am using a shared server. My service provider said they cannot downgrade from MYSQL 5.7 to 5.5 or 5.6 because i am on a shared server. Is there any other solution we can make on the sql file?

Thanks for your assistance, it was helpful though it did not solve my problem.

My problem here is that, my host service provider refused to downgrade from MYSQL 5.7 to 5.5 reason being that, i am using using a shared hosting server.

Is there any means or any change we can make on the software or database file so that it can be compartible with MYSQL 5.7?

We request you to please extract the attached zip and replace the file (db_structure.sql) with the file at below path - hotelcommerce/install/data/db_structure.sql After replacing the file try to install QloApps Again. qlo_db_sql.zip
