Gender (mr. / Mrs.) error

Hi.

If you remove the genders (Mr or Mrs.) from the list, I assumed it won't be mandatory anymore, but now I have no data, but it's still mandatory to register via web. Can you either make it not mandatory if the genders are removed, or give the option to not make the gender mandatory?
