Updated: The block navigation links are now dependent to their related CMS links.

Points changed:

• Admin can now select the parent category to display the related CMS pages while adding new navigation link.
• Navigation links related to CMS page will be disabled on CMS page disable.
• Navigation links related to CMS page will be deleted on CMS page delete.
• Admin can not enable the disabled link unless the related CMS page is enabled.
• Users will be redirected to the page not found in case CMS page is disabled or does not exists.
