Does this repo work for pytorch 1.12 version and python 3.9

I am trying to work with SqueezeDet in the AWS EC2 instance and the environment only supports Python 3.9 and Pytorch 1.12 with cuda 11.2. Can i use this repo in that environment? Can you please change this model to be compatible with new pytorch versions. It would be really helpful.
