Everytime I goto spawn a item for example a block of dirt I click a empty box and put Type: 2 Stack: 30 I hit apply, Everything is fine. But whenever I hit initialize it crashes

I guess you're not using the corresponding version of hack. or perhaps you haven't installed .NET framework 4.5 or 4.6 or 4.7.
