Create a logo for the project

What is the expected enhancement?

Something I thought would be nice is to have a logo for the project. A lot of open source projects have them and it'd be nice to have something so we can put an image to represent rustworkx in different venues graphically. We should also use this logo in the documentation and the readme.

I like this idea, maybe we could ask the designers that maintain the Qiskit visual identity to create one for us
