Update README to fix clone URL

This commit updates the README clone to be the common https based url for the git repo instead of the ssh cloned based URL. For typical users they likely don't have ssh cloning configured necessarily and using the https link is more general

I don't think that this pull request is necessary anymore, considering that the change doesn't align with the current Red Queen architecture.
