Added explanation and example of circuit with conditionals to qiskit.circuit module page
Summary
Added a new entry in the Supplementary Information section of the qiskit.circuit module page about adding conditionals to a quantum circuit.
I believe this is hard to find unless you already know about its existence beforehand, as it's not part of the Circuit Library or even a QuantumCircuit method but an InstructionSet one, so many users may never get to know about this functionality.

Gave a brief explanation about adding conditionals to circuits via the InstructionSet.c_if() method and a simple code example in which I show the difference it makes.

I'm happy for us to document c_if for now - it's very cheap for us to change documentation, and it's not yet clear when exactly we'll be able to make a full switch.
