Problem loading my IBMQ account in python

Hello all.

I am having some problems when trying to load my IBMQ account in python. The connection was working correctly until one day it stopped working and I got the following error. image image

I have tried to update some packages and delete the cookies, but I have not found a solution to the problem. I hope someone can help me. Thanks.
