Citation BibTeX file is the same as that for Qiskit. Is this correct?

The link to the citations file for Qiskit Aer points to the Qiskit CITATION.bib. Before the separation of Qiskit Aer and Qiskit, this would have made sense to me. However, now that Qiskit Aer is its own package, is it still correct to cite the Qiskit library when referencing Qiskit Aer? I don't have an opinion either way, but would like to cite Qiskit Aer correctly.

It appears that some Qiskit-related libraries have their own citation, instead of using the Qiskit CITATIONS.bib file. Here are a few I found:

• Qiskit Experiments: CITATION.cff
• Qiskit Dynamics: CITATION.bib
• Circuit Cutting Toolbox: CITATION.bib
• Qiskit Nature: CITATION.cff
• Qiskit Research: CITATION.bib

Some also point to the main Qiskit library's CITATION.bib file:
