[ REFACTOR ] Install/Run pages to include info about rest api authentication for integrations

It's been discussed with @pacomf that the the non-api ref sections of docs could include some information for developers using the REST api for integrations. There is currently some info already in the REST API reference but there are probably some other place in the Start and Run sections where this info could be highlighted as well.
